Sit with Hiren Mittra — a tea veteran of four decades. Listen to his stories. Watch him show the process of making a proper cup of tea. Then drink that authentic tea together.
Hiren has been making tea since before most of our guests were born. He does not give a lecture. He shows you the leaf, he shows you the wok, he tells you when the temperature is right. The afternoon is spent alongside him — hands in the process, not standing at a distance watching it.

About Hiren
Hiren Mittra started working in tea before most guests were born. He does not lecture. He shows you the leaf, he shows you the motion, and he tells you when you've got it wrong. The evening tea at the end of the session — where he sits down, pours, and talks — is the part guests remember most.
